Surprised to see Benjamin Allen doing so much work in the mid Sussex area. I strongly recommend proper due diligence before appointing them. If you do go down that route make sure you pay close attention when they present you with unexpected/expensive/ unforeseen costs towards the end of the contract.

Allen, Michelle, Ben, Scott and Ross and the wider family have project managed and built a truly wonderful brand new forever home for us. They did so with the same care and attention as if it were a self-build for themselves. They were always patient to the fact we'd never attempted anything on this scale before. And all done in the midst of the pandemic. 6 months from completion too and the after-care and support has been as exemplary as expected

Great main contractor to work for, organised, always pay on time and build the most incredible houses.

Bad management of works, inflated prices and their invoicing did not add up. Poor building work. Stay clear.
